High Vibrational Energy on this Planet today, I have been in total awe of it all.
Haven't done a dang thing today, was out doing some Earthing and felt as if I was going to fall over, so I sat on a stump for a minute that ended up being an hour outside.
Where I went I do not remember but I know I was walking in a different dimension, a higher dimensional Earth as I sat there and tuned into all that surrounded me.
All I could hear was the water in my ponds, the birds and the wind as it gentle tickled my senses.
It is wild to just sit down and take everything into you an your body just astral projects at any moment, now if I could just remember where I went. It may come to me in my dreams tonight.
Hope you are all taking some time for you, it is ok to have days you do nothing but sit around and enjoy whatever is surrounding you. Taking in the Gentle Energies as the Solar Flares express themselves fully in the earth's atmosphere.
At least this body seems to be taking them in more gently, not having near the discomfort I was having before. It takes a lot of work to keep your self aligned with the energies coming in, we are constantly adjusting to the higher frequencies.
It will get higher and higher Loves, nurture yourselves, take salt bath's they are very soothing to our bodies while it constantly adjusts.
Higher and Higher we Go.
