The energies have intensified even more right now.
It is like we are passing by a stream of negative energies and old fears.
Pay attention, notice them but do not let them consume you, do not react to them, do not give them attention, they are OLD NEWS.
They have no power over you, say "thank you " to them for teaching you how to grow, for letting you know what matters and then focus on what you want and desire instead.
Speak it out loud, bring it forth with your attention and vibration.
Then focus on that high vibrational thought some more.
