The energies are very intense as the cosmic light is lifting us ever higher into the new.
I am going for a scan tomorrow and are still out of action and resting.
We are all going to feel very fragile in the next few weeks and thus it is important to take time out, connect with nature, if you can and connect at deeper levels with your soul and all that is.
Allow that to surface which needs to be released and healed.
We are all being held in eternal love.
The heart center is expanding as we navigate this very powerful shift through the heart and core of Love.
