The sun isn't calming down anytime soon there are still 8 active sun spots earth facing that are continiously crackling with C and M class solar flares with the potential for stronger X class solar flares.
The energy doesn't seem to be causing the frazzled off balance feeling, it seems to be focusing on the 3rd eye with ripping headaches that go all around the head to clear and activate both sides of the 3rd eye chakra, l am also noticing sinus issues that again is about clearance of old energy and a heightening of the senses.
l have a feeling this is also about balancing the divine feminine and divine masculine within ourselves so you may be experiencing a combination of compassion and loving energy with the dynamic action orientated energy mixed in, which on a positive side of things can bring a much needed dose of action get up and go energy wanting to create and work towards dreams and goals we may have let go of before when we felt stuck.
This energy is helping to release us from that stuck energy and finally get moving and creating, which is perfect timing for the Gemini season starting 20th/21st May giving an added boost of wanting to have more fun, and bringing a light hearted feel to things
