The Week Of Recuperation And Regeneration

Welcome to October 2023! This is the month of the Solar Eclipse in Tropical Libra (October 14th) and the Lunar Eclipse in Tropical Taurus (October 28th).

All eclipses, regardless of the sign they occur in, hold tremendous power.

Several days before their arrival, cosmic weather is usually very strong. Solar flares are elevated, CMEs zoom to our planet Earth, solar winds are escalated, and our planet experiences powerful weather patterns such as more earthquakes and storms.

In the early hours of this morning (EDT), there was an “M.2-Class” solar flare, and in the afternoon yesterday there was an M.1-Class” solar flare.


The magnetosphere has been engulfed for weeks in dense particle plasma, and most of it has been the challenging positively-charging protons from outside of our solar system.

With the magnetosphere depleted (by about 20 percent), this plasma can surge to our planet into its far side.

Earthquakes in the past 24 hours around the world have been primarily in the mid to upper “4s”, mid “5s”, and early “6s” in magnitude.

The states of New York and New Jersey in the USA have been dramatically flooded, and intense heat and storms have plagued much of the rest of the nation.

Other countries have also faced great storms and floods.

September was already filled with planetary upheaval.

In this first week of October, take time to truly deeply nurture yourself.

Examples are getting a massage, taking walks in Nature, meditating by a lake or pond, going to bed earlier at night than usual, taking baths or showers with essential oils, playing Tibetan singing bowls or tuning forks that are attuned to “528” Hertz which is calming to the nervous system and helps in the transformation of DNA, performing “Mantra Yoga” with a mala using the mantra “AUM SHANTI AUM” (“Oh, Divine, Peace, Oh, Divine”), consciously breathing deeply using the Yogic Breath (on the inhalation, push out the solar plexus and abdomen and on the exhalation, pull back on the solar plexus and abdomen—these are the areas of the second and third chakras), doing Yoga asanas or Tai Chi, and relaxing while listening to soft music.

Also treat yourself to a new spiritual item. Perhaps it is a new mala or a special essential oil or a holy text or a special item for your home altar.

When you especially nurture yourself this first week of October, you prepare your physical vessel, emotions, and mind for the coming Solar and Lunar Eclipses.
