If you are feeling as if you have pressure in your head and sinuses, all this energy seems to be coming into our Crown Chakra, that is my experience so far.
Pressure in Eyes, Ears, back of Neck, third eye area and some days muscles feel sore, periods of scratchy throat that comes and goes.
Deep Lucid Dreams as well, feeling the need to rest a lot, extremely thirsty drinking lots of water these days, I just cannot get enough of it.
Some days I don't want to eat, some foods I liked don't taste right, diet changes are happening to many of us.
Moment of extreme chills and then extremely hot even on very cold days, what a trip.
Grateful for all that I am feeling, trusting my body, my heart and my intuition.
