ENERGIES INTENSIFYING ~ A Girl in the Universe

I have been trying to write this update for a bit, but the energies keep putting me back to sleep. 

We have some massive things underway. These energies are growing, then resting, then intensifying and changing.  I've never quite felt anything like this before. These are really big waves of energies rolling in.  All kinds of things are being felt in these energies. Try to listen to your system as these continue. They may feel like a pulling is happening on your system. 

Chakra expansion pains. Head and crown pressure. Extreme hot or cold in the body.  Tingly hands and feet.  Nausea. Hunger. Cramping. Extreme Tiredness.

And so many more things.  Whatever you're feeling, know that it's truly for your greater and higher good. All of this is part of moving forward at this time.  Remember that you control all of this.  I'm sending you all so much love.
