I think I understand why we are so bombarded with low frequency energies and there is so much 'evil' on the planet right now, and especially right now. Remember we just moved from Ascension 1,0 to Ascension 2.0 in January 2022. This is a new phase, we have graduated, and we are in the final dis-integration phases of 3D and it won't go down without a fight.
We are energy containers and in order for that energy to be in the earth grid we have to embody it - or be willing to hold it in our energy field which is part of our physical body. It cannot be forced upon us, it must be voluntarily accepted by us and we must be willing to hold it.
If not, it has no place here and it has to leave.
Notice how the more we resist and turn towards the light and higher frequencies the more persistent the dark energy becomes? It is losing its grip and its foothold and its only recourse is to raise the pressure on us to receive which to us looks like trying to force us to accept even more of what we do not want (which is exactly what it is ).
The more you notice the darkness and evil, the more you have turned away from it and the bigger your energy gap is. That's great. Keep holding the line and holding the light - we are winning this one. Fear cannot be used as a weapon against us when we are not in the energy of fear and are following the light path, which naturally raises our frequency and vibration.
When you are in the space of light and 'no fear', you hear the fear as a cacophony of loud, annoying sounds that you cannot connect with and do not want to connect with.
They need you a lot more than you need them, remember that. You are in control here.
