I spent 7 days in a cabin in Utah. I was there to edit my book. However what unraveled was a massive healing that I wasn’t expecting. I am not the same person today that I was 7 days ago. I can’t wait to share what occurred, but for now I am still integrating years of trauma that was released from my body this past week. To say this was a miracle is an understatement.
I am sharing this with you as a reminder that we are all going through these massive shifts together. This is a collective evolutionary shift not a solitary shift and it can feel very lonely.
So remember, you are not alone and there is nothing wrong with you. Millions of us on the Earth are experiencing shifts in our life that we never imagined or perhaps we prayed on for years and it's finally happening. Either way, we are in this together.
It is no joke what you are going through right now. So give yourself a break. Take the pressure off. You can’t do it wrong and you definitely can’t do it perfectly.
Together, side by side we are walking through the fires of transformation.
