Last week I wrote that I felt like I was being squeezed in a vise and it was very uncomfortable.
Today I feel like the entire 3rd dimension is being squeezed and every bit of dark energy is being push upward and outward.
This energy is really powerful and if it appears to be revealing some outrageous acts and truths, sometimes the dark has to be fully revealed and exposed because it is so outrageous that people would not believe it until they could see it for themselves.
Remember to breathe and to stay grounded, centered, and balanced and manage those energy boundaries, they are very important right now. Lots of distractions abound but they are not meant for you so let them go on by.
