So You are in “Ascending mode”. Well really it is “Descending”.
You, the Lighted Divine Being coming closer into the body you fashioned through the Love of God that you are.
The Soul “You” is entering your body vehicle. You are melding a higher possibility (frequency) of Your Light Beingness with the “highest form of density” that is possible (Liquid crystaline diamond Light Form) and becoming One.
It being the freewill choice of HUman Being You. And so everything, YES everything, that is no longer necessary is dropping away from your “little human mind”, and emotions, through your body.
It is “coming up”, passing through the Light of Heart, BECAUSE IT IS LEAVING.
As the Soul YOU is entering into density (if you like, integrating all your 3D and 4D
experience) you are going through the panorama of your life and all your lives as Human, in slow motion. It has to be this way because the Love that You are is transmuting all your human experience through, Love into the Wisdom gained from it all.
And you can do it the easy flowing and joyous way or the “hard” conflictive, long way. That is your choice.
So stop trying to understand it all, to clear it, to do anything with it. Go to Heart, let go and watch.

You are being shown constantly when you are not in alignment. You FEEL it.
Choose what you can align to that is your “highest”, then ask your body what it needs so that you can aid the “purging, and for heaven sake, listen and Trust yourself, not to the clamour of human thoughts you can be bombarded with.
And when discordant thoughts arise choose the “highest”, kindest, most loving thoughts and words that replaces them about who you are.
When emotions arise like sadness, anger, find a private place and express them out. Watch them, feel them in your body, no longer be afraid of them, or judge them or delve into the reasons why. Exaggerate them, play with them, allow them to pass through, and then smile.......”Thankyou thankyou, now I Know” , It is simply WHAT IT IS.
Be with the Love of You, the LOVE and LIGHT of God, that takes its place, that Transmutes it.
Yes , yes. Heaven and Earth are coming together, WITHIN YOU.
