The lower back connects to our base, sacral, navel and solar plexus chakras, which are of the most clogged up energy centers of our body.
This is what the Ancients called "the lower animal nature", and it is here that we are most connected to the baser energies - that which most connects us with the physical aspects of life, and the physical life on planet earth.
In the 3D reality these chakras became immensely clogged up, not only the individual, but also those of the collective.
These energy centers hold our deepest fears, our insecurities, our need for survival, all the false programming, the collective trauma and pain, for these link directly to the emotional body. Add to this our sexual area, and all pertaining to the abuse of the sexual energy, as humankind forgot the highest expression of such.
Add to this, the that anger, bitterness, and the deep feelings of separation, brought about a divorce from the upper chakras, especially that of greater unity, with the greater family, and the Divine.
In the last few days, I have been made intensely aware of this, and I have done immense clearing and cleansing work on my lower chakras and lower back. I have done this before, but now I was asked to go deeper, and to into my mothers ancestral lineages and all the programming, fears, and collective trauma, as held within the female line, especially that pertaining to sexuality. Then I had to do the same with my father's. I then had to go one step further, and add the greater human family, the collective. The release was immensely powerful.
I am being told that in the next three weeks, we have a portal, or door opening, where we can literally release all pertaining to these energy centers and can let go of so much.
Remember that the cleansing and clearing, is like peeling away the layers of an onion. Every time we think, we have released it all, the next layer appears, and the next.
Remember how many millions of years of trauma and pain, is buried in the human psyche, remembrance, and that of the earth, never-mind your own soul, in all its incarnations on earth.
This is a time of intense and immense purification, and it is going deeply into the collective woundedness of humanity and even beyond all of this.
It is an immense and intense time for higher healing to come forth, and this is an opportunity not to be missed.
We cannot carry all the baggage into the 5D. It has to be dissolved and released!
We are amidst the greatest of all evolutionary and revolutionary changes in the history of planet earth and it is intensifying!
See yourself as an observer, curiously observing this whole cleansing and clearing process. As something triggers and comes up, allow it to be released, even if you have to open a festering wound, dig deeply into collective family skeletons, and have to dig even deeper into your own reserves!
We are not here to deny our own physical life expression and all the challenges (and joys) it brings - but to allow ourselves to be transformed into a much higher version of such, and thus a balanced and holistic, soul-filled one!
Transformation is the key!
