Suggestions for developing energy when you are feeling tired ect ~ By Dr. Schavi M. Ali

Here are a few suggestions for developing energy when you are feeling tired, exhausted, and burned-out. Some have been given previously, but with the increase in strong cosmic events, they are worth repetition. A few suggestions constitute new information.

 

*. During these times, the hormones of both men and women are struggling to balance. The herbal extract “Motherwort” not only helps to settle down a rapid heart rhythm, but it also balances the hormonal (thus the endocrine system), and nervous system. Take one dropper-full three times per day. After a few days, take only one dropper-full every day or every other day. Be careful not to take too much because this herb also can cause diarrhea. If you are having constipation problems, then this herb is great for you.


*. After your morning prayer time, and while you are preparing for work or school, pronounce the following mantra aloud: “AUM SHAKTIAYEH NAMAHA” (“Oh, Divine, I bow to Thy Strength and Power”). It is pronounced: “OM SHOCK-TEE-AH-YEH NAH-MAH-HA”. It works far better than a cup of coffee. During the day, pronounce “AUM” (draw out your voice as “AUUUUUUUM”) to keep your consciousness thriving and attuned to SOURCE.

*. Wear or carry any one of the following gemstones: AMBER, CITRINE, SUNSTONE TIGER IRON (not Tiger Eye), NEPHRITE (Green Jade with magnesium and calcium) or JADEITE (Green Jade with iron), SMOKY QUARTZ, or TURQUOISE. All of these stones not only help to energize the physical vessel, but also they are calming so that no jitteriness occurs along with the energizing process. They also balance and keep well the chakra system and are protective to the auric field.
*. On days when you truly feel wiped-out, instead of wearing calming colors such as blues, purples, pinks, etc., wear the colors of the root, second, and third chakras: RED, ORANGE, and YELLOW. When your day is over, and you return home, then wear the softer calming colors for a relaxing evening and to assist you in obtaining a good night’s sleep.

*. Eat more green leafy veggies. Drink water with vitalizing lemon.

*. A great treat that balances hormones is DARK CHOCOLATE. Eat just a few small pieces a day.

*. Drink two cups of NETTLES TEA daily.

*. Take two drops under your tongue 4 times per day of “OAK” by the Bach Flower Company. This will help you to move through the activities of your day with strength. “OLIVE” by Bach Flowers is also good; however, it also may cause some people to be very relaxed so that they will take better care of themselves and acquire more stabilization and develop a tendency to stop so much unnecessary going and going and doing and doing.. For others, it provides a boost in energy. Research shows that “OAK” seems to be better for daily activity. You can also combine “OAK” and “OLIVE”—4 drops of each in a 16-ounce bottle of spring water. Do not regularly drink distilled water. It has been de-mineralized. The physical vessel needs minerals.

*. Avoid staying up late at night watching television or being on the computer. Get to bed by “10:00” PM. Even if you do not go to sleep immediately, just reclining your physical vessel is helpful in winding-down after a busy day. Read sacred literature or listen to soft music. If you place crystals and gemstones in your bedroom, make sure that they are not energizing ones. Keep the following calming and sleep-inducing stones in your bedroom: CELESTITE, BLUE LACE AGATE, ANGELITE, MOONSTONE, or ROSE QUARTZ. You can either place them on your night table or place them under your pillow.

*. Always bring down your “Pillar of LIGHT” and state: “I AM BLESSED BY SOURCE LIGHT!” This can be recited during the day as well as before bed after your night prayers
