Alright everyone, The huge intensity continues and it feels very very heavy bring lots of anger, discomfort, fear and distress.
I'm giving you a pep talk!
I know it's super dense right now, I myself find it difficult to navigate.
There is a magnetism towards the heavy energies, and if you get triggered or focus on it, which is just experiencing life, it pulls you in a lower frequency and it takes hours to integrate and clear.
This doesn't mean that you should worry, clearing and integrating it's part of why we experience this, but nonetheless it can be fearful, stressful, worrisome and exhausting. I know it feels like that today and the previous few days, but this is a massive shift we never before navigated.
You are not alone, you have a team of light beings just call them whenever you want a hug. Ask them to help you elevate and ease the intensity.T oday was tough for many. I Love you.
You are doing a great job. Don't lose hope, you are doing such a massive difference for the whole of humanity, even if you don't realize it.All is well, all is well, all is well. Say it and mean it. Feel it in your heart. This intensity is not going to last. You will move to the other side of bliss, joy and higher vibration.
Slowly yet steadily you will move there..
It already begun to shift but days off are normal.
