Does It Feel Like It Takes Forever to Truly Change? By Kristine Kieland

Does It Feel Like It Takes Forever to Truly Change?

By Kristine Kieland
Hello beautiful soul,
This week I have channeled a lot on the topic of trust. It’s a big one!
Here’s the message that came through for you:
Trust that you can do no wrong.
Suffering in the present moment comes from judgment and the absence of trust.
Allow your life to change. Trust that being different is in divine perfection.
You may be uncertain if your life changes so much that you don’t recognize it — but trust this! Trust the change!
Maybe you’re thinking: “How do I trust something I haven’t experienced yet?”
How can I trust that my experience is exactly where it needs to be? The consciousness of the soul is so expansive and the body hasn’t caught up yet, know that the soul will elevate you enough to the energy field of true trust.

How can you trust the unknown? Its already in our field. If you want a new job, peace, romance? It already is you! It’s in your field!
How can you trust being and not doing?
What does being even mean? Is being just enough? Can you trust that you are already doing life beautifully?
You are already a beautiful being that has taken on the belief that you need to do something in order to be more. There’s no more to be!
There’s more awareness of what your thoughts are and what does that thought creates in your body… that’s your choice — Lightness? Pain? We are already perfect. There’s truly nothing to improve on.
How do you trust the silence of change? When you’re going through great change, it may feel like nothing is happening. And the trust comes in knowing that you are just aligning your body with the expanded consciousness. The shift is already happening. You don’t need to do anything.
Your higher consciousness does not shift with drama or noise or clutter or force. There’s a quietness to a new space and you need to trust that you’re meant to be there.
Sometimes you feel restless, or uncomfortable or you don’t belong… but trust that you do. You may not be acclimated to yet, but it is your “correct” space. You will be bringing forward what best serves you.
For example, you may be a mother, but you may be doing it differently. If I just trust that in every moment that you are the best mother that your child needs. There is a quietness in that space.
That voice of pushing and doing leaves. That’s where the silence is — when the judgment is leaving. Say to yourself, “I already am mothering, there is no judgment needed.” How does it feel at this moment without all the noise or judgment? You can sense within your body that this feels good or it doesn’t.
When you’re able to just trust that — learning to embrace the silence — like when you’re in the woods or at the lake — it’s so right to be in those places of nothingness. Now you are enjoying what is already just there. It’s not necessary to add judgment to the experience.
Get back to the vibrational field of grace to embody an honest experience.
You’re experiencing your highest and best self at the moment when there’s less noise, pushing, and doing.
I see you I hear you.
I understand you.
I will hold space for you until you can hold it for yourself.
And most importantly, I love you.
