Short energy / ascension update.

We are feeling the Intense energies in our physical and emotional bodies due to Great Solar Flash and new crystalline plasma plasma light coming in with more solar activities on their way.

Be aware to take time for yourself to ground. We are receiving another upgrade.

No you are not crazy if you feel out of balance & feeling emotional, irritable, angry. Not knowing what to do or how to move forward is normal, we want to see change in our lives now but divine timing is still at play.

A deeper shift is taking place within us right now so do not hold on to any old stories your mind is trying to convince you still need them, they are old stories coming to surface to let go off.

The energies can feel overwhelming with body pains, blurry eye sight, feeling tired as we are clearing more old karma of our past and connections to people not serving our highest and best new life. The energetic earth grid is changing also.

Take alone time, be in nature or work on a hobby without distractions. See it as a rebirthing process and relax, let the energies flow through you and do not give them any thought or resit them.
