After a quiet spell with the suns activity that gave us a little reprieve it is back in action, yesterday the sun produced a M.4 solar flare that lasted 8 hours and earlier today the earth was buffeted by a solar storm, there is also a group of new sunspots that may produce further strong M class solar flares.
Regarding the long duration solar flare l didn't feel anything specific but this solar strom that buffeted earth around 4.50 UT has brought up physical symptoms, especially lower and upper back, excess thirst and tiredness, it feels this incoming energy is focusing on DNA downloads/upgrades/activations hence the back ache, the energy is coming in through the soul star and crown moving down the back of the neck and down the spine so you may experience back of the head headaches, stiff neck, shoulder ache and pain along the spine, to help with the dna activation rest when you can or if feeling extra sore/stiff some gentle exercise and relaxing in a bath may help. Grounding will also aide in anchoring in this energy.
With DNA activation you may experience huge changes in yourself and your personal life in the months to come, including moving away from people and things that no longer resonate with you, even a change to your beliefs and career, just flow with the changes and let go of all that needs to be let go of with love
