Honoring the Sacred 11:11 Gateway
The energy of the 11;11 Gateway has been upon us for a couple of days. The codes have been coming in strong. These are game-changers as they open us up to get a glimpse of all that we are without all the limitations, beliefs and layers that we may still hold.
For many these energies coming in are mixed. On one hand, there is excitement and bliss as things ramp up as we head into 2020. On the other hand, we can be experiencing deep purges in our mental, physical, and emotional bodies. We are being asked to take a good look at anything within that creates distortion within our fields. We are being asked to remove our energy from anything that no longer helps our soul growth. We are being asked to purge from our system all that disconnects us from ourselves and from the ALL.
These deep purges can provide ultimate relief but can also be pretty brutal. Give yourself plenty of time, space, and most importantly unconditional love.
Recently quite a few clients have been complaining of headaches with the incoming energy pulses. What the guidance has been suggesting is for the clients to open their crown charka and push the excess energy straight up to Source. Usually, the guidance is to ground, but lately, it seems that there is an energy buildup that needs to be released in a different way. If your head is aching, try it and see if it works for you.
Stay hydrated, listen to your body and spend time in nature to reduce the noise of our reality so that we can obtain clarity. Having body or energy work done is very beneficial during these times as well.
I recently put out a Group meditation to help with the 11:11 and 12:12 Gateways. The meditation assists with integration on a Universal and Cosmic Level, all important for the embodiment process. In this healing meditation, we worked with the Crystal Skulls, Dragons, and healing frequencies, fields, and energies.
