Quick note...

I hope everyone is doing well in these energies. We are in the midst of a huge collective timeline convergence. This can look like absolute chaos and a crumbling of foundations we have clung to. While it can be painful and scary, understand that if it is not in your Highest Divine, it must go. This is where trust and faith come in.

We are absolutely being squeezed so that we see our patterns, beliefs, and fears we hold. It really is quite the pressure cooker. Fears, in particular, are coming up for many. Don't entertain them. When we entertain these thoughts it is like pushing play on a recorder that loves to loop and run nonstop. Observe the thoughts and literally tell them no - that you are refusing to play any longer. What we refuse to entertain can not exist in our programming.

We are also being inundated with enormous amounts of energy from the cosmos. At times the body may ache, chronic issues flair up and grounding while essential can be difficult. This is where nature is your best friend. Get outside away from technology as it helps to reset your field particularly if it is holding distortions caused by electronics.

The best advice I have is to stay in the Highest Divine Alignment. A simple mantra of "I AM in alignment with the Highest Divine Timeline" can bring about great shifts in your world.
