As we are heading into the Age of Aquarius, new energies are encompassing our bodies and are reflected in various physiological symptoms. Within this transition of the ages, many people will begin to feel many of these energy shift symptoms on a regular basis as our bodies are adjusting and upgrading to the higher frequencies.

HEADACHES: When the crown chakra opens or expands it can be an intense and painful experience. It might feel like a spike or rod is being inserted. Headaches are common and they can range from migraines, to cluster headaches. Women seem to experience them more than men. They can be caused by too much energy flowing through the crown chakra, and by hormonal changes which occurs when the chakras are stimulated. Sometimes the pain can be eased by asking Spirit and your Higher Self to make an adjustment in the energy flow. When you ask for aid to ease the pain and it is part of the process that is opening and expanding your pineal or pituitary gland, the pain will only lessen. As your vibrational rate increases, the pineal and the pituitary glands expand to accommodate the higher energy frequencies. Other glands change also, but these two are the major ones that contribute to headaches. This can last a few months, or a few years depending on what level of spiritual development that you are at and your rate of growth.

Over the years, coming to breakdown/dissolve REALities from ego-lack (root chakra) programs playing out in the human-ego-mind as true, a huge part of this process is elevating our beliefs from our root chakra to our higher heart-mind chakra (love) in order to create the FOUNDATION of all NEW EARTH REALities through purity by re-constructing all new realities through our highest consciousness, I came to understand (see) through my own Quantum Access/Existence how old unconscious programming was so deeply embedded in our every cell and played out as reality in each of our physical reality worlds. As we awaken, there is a REVERSAL that occurs, where we all come to Zero Point, which is a Choice Point for us all. It's where we must finally choose to honor our own SOUL Self over our human-lack-fear-based-programming in our head. Where we have one foot in each world, or live in a human reality more still, then we will have "moments" where we JUMP and honor our Soul, then our human head (root chakra) kicks in and fear/lack mentalities enter back in. Our human will "reverse" the act, retracting or wiping out the first choice. This "reversal" from lack to abundant existence again, is a continual process of choosing our SOUL over what our human-fear-lack-mentalities say, until we've "proven" to ourselves that we are not going to do without, or lose anything, and that it's actually quite the OPPOSITE, as this opens a portal for MORE TO COME, for our UNIVERSAL US to REWARD us for passing the test/initiation process and "Survival Level of Awakening", where we build a new relationship from within ourselves with our Universe and return to BEcoming the whole Universe again. This process means that every time we are faced with choosing, we choose to honor our Soul/Spirit as our Higher Selves, instead of "going unconscious/human" again. This "proving process" continues until our first choice is our Soul and we have REVERSED EVERYTHING and returned to full abundance and love from within ourselves again. It also means that we will never put a higher value on anything else ever again.

What a POWERFUL Gateway Opening! Holy wow! Where to start...

The 1111 Gateway Opened up days before the actual day, as it always does, and continues to increase the passageway leading us through the December Gateway now. The new encodements, beyond wow, hit deep in the cellular/molecular body, going straight to whatever needed recoding for higher dimensional existence here.

The physical body, the center point of all, is in constant purification and recalibration mode. When the Portals/Gateways Opened, our Cosmic Bodies went into an immense Sirian Flush that unanchored anything not fastened down. For me it hit the night of November 5th, there was no sleeping as my body went into deep cellular detoxing/release. Anytime we are about to go into a huge system collapse/re-structuring mode, our body systems have to do this internally, so that all can be broken down and reconstructed according to new Galactic/Angelic/Comic Codes. These codes have to embed themselves in the structures of our bodies, so discomfort (sometime immense discomfort during) is normal. Everyone came to realize that none of this is as they "thought" and it actually wasn't as "hard" as it was all made out to be, yet they also learned/realized how each one of them dictated their realities by their own focus, contribution and by uniting, not separating off, not putting up protection mechanisms and how easy all is when we get our head out of the way. Learning simple practices are KEY. Doing them together creates a "visual imprint" and a "virtual memory" to access later when intentional shifting is desired. Working together in a group brings forth more unity. Experiencing beats linear anything!

Blessings Beloved Light Tribe ~
Gratitude to all who participated in this week’s Cosmic Stargate interaction on Tuesday-Wednesday. I had another time anomaly present after the stargate focus on Tuesday. Gatekeepers focused on 1pm-2pm, when I would be up on the mountain.

After Gatework I drove back down (snowy roads, so it was slow), visited the headwaters to collect water, where I waited for some siSTARs with many large bottles, drove to the store to get juice, where my order disappeared and I had to fill out another form and wait again. And yet when I arrived home, the clocks said 1:54pm. It should have been 3pm; a whole hour of activity went out-of-time.
When I asked what happened, I received that the influx was about to push us through another Secondary time-loop. It identified the loop (quite clearly), then we dissolved it using the storm magnetics (when things are in flux.) Thank you to all who focus on assisting during these final Gateways of 2017; there is so much going on.

Wanneer word je de spirituele narcisten zat?
Er worden veel boeken geschreven die al dan niet direct over de “Verlichting” gaan. Daar is nogal wat kwaliteitsverschil in, wat samenhangt met de tijdgeest en de geestelijke bagage van de auteur. Ik bedoel, laten we Tijn Touber niet met Krishnamurti vergelijken, of Suzuki (nee niet dat autootje) met Eckhart Tolle.

Zo zijn er ook veel cursussen ontstaan, trainingen, groeigroepen en reisdoelen compleet met intern wonen in een ashram of klooster of anderszins. Wie over voldoende euro’s of dollars beschikt kan letterlijk zijn goddelijke gang gaan… En, zou het nou wat uitmaken voor het geestelijk welzijn van al die lezers en volgers? zo vraag ik mij nogal eens af.

When Earth decided to slowly “fall from Grace” and descend from (what I call) Grace Consciousness, many things took place. This was not an over-night event, but a gradual process. She let herself fall, for the love of the living and for the love for her beloved Father Earth. Both the energies are now merged as one once again, as Earth is ascending into its higher incarnation now.

Sanna Tarnstrom Birming – This fall happened a very long time ago and many things has come to pass ever sense. Then Gaia fell, in time so did the planet. Through many ups and down, Earth had several Pole shifts. Both magnetic and physical and so did all the living on the planet.

When the planet was “High-jacked” and taken over by beings with a different agenda, the planet went into a non natural state of being. As this slowly happened, the artificial ways where put in place and that shifted the natural harmony and balance of the planet, both energetically and physically.

Our matrix reality was completely flipped upside down and that was the time when we slowly entered a deep slumber into duality and separation from the natural processes of the creation and all living. But remember, this was planned and put in place from the highest of sources. We all decided to play “this game”, on some level.

As our Light bodies strengthen, many of us have been undergoing this alchemical transmutation in our body. This is why through out September and October we may have experienced this ‘clearing out,’ of much of the old being finally integrated and released so we would welcome this New Harmony which is now revealing itself. We are becoming like Crystalline instruments, being played by this sacred harmonic we call Life. The Life force of Gaia is accelerating and thus our own Life Force is also rising, we are attuning closer to her frequency.

You climbed your mountain of fear and cleared those 3D pieces that precluded you from a 5D or beyond life. The energy that we are experiencing lately is very intense and unlike any that we have seen before. It has to do with where we are in the galaxy. We are receiving codes from different locations particularly the Grand Central Sun. We are already beginning to feel the energies of the 11:11 gateway. This one will be a particularly powerful as there is a giant push for all to awaken and release fully the ties that bind.  It will continue to be intense as we are in the final energies of the year.
For many, the Ascension symptoms have ramped up. This is due to the energies coming in and changing our DNA. As we go from a carbon-based form to a crystalline one all density must go in order for us to move forward on this process. This is not only our physical density but the density that locks us into a prescribed reality such as our belief systems, self-sacrificing and victimhood patterning. It is all the areas where we have not forgiven or loved ourselves or another completely. It is the areas where we have judged another or ourselves. We must decide that we want to be HERE on earth during this amazing time. We must decide with every fabric of our being that we want to LIVE.
In order to navigate these energies, we do not need to be perfect. We do however have to actively work on releasing all that no longer serves. Some of you may feel as if you have backtracked recently. While painful it plays an important role. When we feel ourselves dip into the lower frequencies it is a stark contrast to when we feel clear and full of love. Allow this contrast to propel you even further on your quest to embody your highest self. We can no longer sit on the fence, we must choose where we want to be and work to maintain that frequency.

It's important to understand that you WANT to FEEL ENERGY moving, tingling and numbness that mean that a part of your body is "waking up". The body was asleep too. This is why so many are experiencing physical things. The body is releasing (unanchoring) all that was held within. And after a bunch goes, more will come. HOW we experience is different as we hold light. Our LightBody operates differently. We can function and know there is pain, yet pain doesn't affect us as it once did. It's an awareness, yet we are not affected by it (except in the huge upgrades, and we feel these too, yet deal with them differently. WE get out in nature, take a bath or go to bed. The body clears when we sleep, it upgrades, integrates light and merges at a higher frequency. The degree of intensity changes vastly. We can have an awareness that it is intense, but it doesn't ENTER-FEAR with our moment... We acknowledge it and we choose what is appropriate. Stretch the body, relax the body, honor the body, love/pamper the body, give it rest/sleep or just keep going and let it do it's thing....
