Energy / Ascension Update: It is time to give back to yourself, the love you so freely give others
Many of us are tired, have done so much to transform, transmute, shift, create change within and without. Especially the real Lightworker & Starseed Forerunners, the Empaths, the Twin Flames in divine service to others.
The super nova of the cosmic heart event is happening and our ascension is speeding up, nothing is going to stop us anymore, the old is gone, it is done. Big solar flares and energy updates and shifts happening.
The Polarities are collapsing in on themselves within the Zero Point Field of Divine Love and Neutrality, within the Quantum Field of the New Divine Organic Creatrix Field, which is coming fully online.
Yes this last week was tough with much interference of the dark however we were brave enough again to look within and see what shadow energies, PTSD trauma we still had in our system that were connected, had ties, triggers to them we still had to let go off.
It is okay to feel emotional, wishing a better life. Cry if you need to as this helps release and open your heart.
We need to stop giving any attention to those stuck in old ways projecting their frustration, anger, negativity and unhappiness on to us. We no longer feed the darkness or energy vampires.
We can no longer give to those that only take. It needs to be balanced so continue connecting with soul & light family and like minded ones who understand, share, support and give back also.
We need to focus on our own ascension, happiness, dreams, divine love, divine counterpart as we awakened to create heaven on earth, to live a life in peace, love and abundance.
More focus on self care, self love, be mindful, be heartful. Take care of your body and listen to what it wants and needs. If you need to change your ways, do it. Be in nature more, go to a gym, get a massage, all to start loving you and get grounded.

You owe yourself the love you so freely give others.
This will help you receive more abundance in all ways and attract the right people, soul family and divine partner that will love and support you.
