You are not crazy, the overwhelming energies and pressure (currently very present) we feel mentally and in our physical body due to the big solar storm, might feel negative but are in fact pushing out / shifting the last parts of the old you changing you for the better.
It is helping you see what still is in your system that needs to be removed keeping you in the past. Old cords are being cut, any blocks being removed. It might even feel like you are under attack. Do not worry as AI or attachments are being removed also.
