Integrate - sleep, rest, sun gaze, night gaze, ground to the earth. Open your consciousness and connect to what is occurring. Accept and flow, rest and it will eventually pass.
Advance - like the sun rises each day, you will eventually awaken feeling the physical symptoms ease. As you reflect on the past week, past month, your perspective will advance.
