The Nine's response; All you say is true. However this applies only to a free planet. When one makes a stand within integrity and balance one makes that stand without 'focus' in the context that you mean it.

However if the fourth and third dimensions are hijacked to the point of world domination and taking away free will of the people at the most basic of levels, then NOT making a stand regarding permissions is seen as 'permission given'.
As long as integrity is maintained when refusing to give consent or permission then you are making a declaration of sovereignty which is a universal and cosmic contract. This MUST be done within 3D and 4D whilst maintaining the love/light frequency within the dimensions above (focusing on what you want). It is not to be made in anger or with the thought of karmic retribution in mind (that would create all that you say for this would be seen as a negative request.)
Humanity's free will has ALREADY been compromised upon your planet within the third and fourth dimensions. When an attempt is made to reduce free will within those dimensions to little more than zero, as in total control, then the universal and cosmic contract must be made by an aware and awake humanity.

What you are looking for here is not one thought process but many simultaneously. We would refer to this as paradoxical consciousness as the different paradigms you operate within may seem opposing to those who have not yet activated the multilocational aspect of the DNA.
One can have spiritual sovereignty and physical sovereignty. You have reached the time upon your planet where you desire and attain both.
So stand strong and continue to make your declarations. When taken within multidimensionality and made within integrity then indeed the universe responds and the service-to-self factions are denied the permissions they seek through manipulations and dark strategies.
This is a most necessary part of awakening when ascension is taking place upon a hijacked planet.
